The hit console title Assassin’s Creed made it to the iPhone
A Diablo-Like RPG Action Game will arrive this Summer at the App Store
On the Rocks Productions has just released some new artwork of the their upcoming Scifi RPG action title “Legion of Amon” what has been lately signed up to be published by Freeverse.
We used to preview the game back in april and i was rally impressed by the game concept and design. I am sure that this is will be one of the major iPhone game releases for 2009.

Chillingo’s Minigore is a 3D survival shooter for the iPhone and iPod touch. The game is all about John Gore, a little square fellow, who finds himself surrounded by the Furries – hairy, round creatures with particularly sharp teeth. Your mission is to defend John at all cost from these creatures.
The Furries come in three shapes and sizes: the small Minifurry, the Furry, and the lamentable Giant Furry. But be warned — blasting a Giant Furry will split the creature into several Furries that, if destroyed will split into Minifurries. It’s Russian Nesting Dolls with a vengeance. You control John with two virtual sticks; the left stick is for moving around and the right stick controls the shooting.
ngmoco has announced former SEGA of America president and COO Simon Jeffery as its chief publishing officer to head the company’s new Plus+ Publishing group. The new initiative is an opportunity for partner companies to access ngmoco’s innovative publishing framework including the new Plus+ Network, an Xbox Live-like social gaming service for iPhone users.

The last few days i am up to long and wake up to tired, missing busses and metros… yes it’s a normal behavior for the first week of an ngmoco release. StarDefense an intergalactic 3D tower defense game developed from ngmoco & RoughCookie has finally arrived the App Store ($5.99)
Again, the galaxy is in your hands. Protect your planet system and help to survive the mankind from getting over run by some ugly S’rath aliens. What in a matter of fact are the seam dangerous as ugly, and show up in all kind of forms from small swarming critters to large cyborgs. But don’t worry ngmoco and RoughCookie have been assembling you with some kick ass tower defense weapons to show this aliens who’s the boss in this universe.
Ngmoco has renamed their upcoming first person shooter LiveFire to KillTest and released a teaser that shows some of the maps, weapons and gameplay. However, the main highlight of KillTest, besides the innovative controls and excellent graphics, is the multiplayer modes that let you play Deathmatch challenges over both Wifi and 3G

Assassin’s Creed: Altaïr’s Chroniclesis the direct port of the Nintendo DS title Assassin’s Creed. The game features a fully realized 3D world in which players will travel and battle through eight cities of the Crusade’s Middle East, using acrobatic moves and exhilarating combo attacks with mixed sword skills.
Assassin’s Creed made its first debut back in late 2007; developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released worldwide in November of 2007 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 systems. Gameloft released the first port of the successes title on February 5th 2008 for the Nintendo DS. It seems that the Nintendo DS port couldn’t really find support from critics and even the fan-base, and ended up to be mostly a disappointment. But Gameloft assures that the iPhone port is much more improved in regards to graphics and gameplay, citing a recent IGN review:
“This game looks better on the iDevices that it did on the Nintendo DS,” the review reads. “The models are crisper. The textures are brighter and cleaner. The animation seems smoother. (…) The cutscenes are fluid and detailed. Gameloft also added a lot of voice to the game, too, adding an extra element of character to Altair.”
EA’s original releasing date for Need For Speed Undercover was in december 2008, but has been delayed for several times now. Craig Law, who manages EA Mobile’s Twitter account, has announced this on his latest Tweet:

Last December i was visiting EA’s Sneek Peak for “Need For Speed Undercover” at the Soho Apple Store, even got the chance to take NFS for a spin and record a quick video of the gameplay. Patrick Gunn, Director of Marketing at EA was kind enough to sit with me and discuss some details about the game, the industry, and the iphone in general.
